Do you sell games online?
We don’t currently have an online store.
What can you pay me for my items?
We aren’t able to provide values via the internet, there are too many variables to consider, so please bring your items into your local store! They’ll be able to provide you with an offer that you can either accept or decline.
How do trade-ins work?
You need to be 18 or older with a valid state-issued ID. Bring your items to your local store any time from 11am – 6pm and they’ll make you an offer as soon as they can, in either cash or store credit to your preference, which you can choose to accept or decline. If the offer is accepted, employees will need to test consoles and controllers. If they need additional items or work to get them to function properly, the offer may need to be adjusted.
Will you buy this item?
We take just about everything gaming-related with very few exceptions. If you want to make sure before you make the trip, you can give the store a call before your visit and they can tell you for sure!
Are you hiring?
Maybe! You’re welcome to bring your resume into your local store, or email it to email@example.com with the store you’d like to apply to. We’ll hang onto your resume for up to 12 months in case a position opens up in that time.
What’s your return policy?
Receipt Required! Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
You can bring it back within 5 days for a full store credit exchange for any reason. If the item is defective, you can bring it back within 30 days for another copy of the same item.
Used consoles are final sale, but if it’s defective, bring it back within 30 days of purchase and we’ll get you another of the same console.
Sealed new items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Opened new items can’t be returned, but if it’s defective, we can exchange it for another of the same item within 30 days.
New consoles are final sale. Defective product will default to the manufacturer’s warranty.
